Fitness Central Boot Camp trains people like people used to train before exercise got dumbed down for the masses. The human body is meant to express itself in beautiful, intelligent & powerful ways. We don't use machines at all. We draw from a wide variety of gymnastics & weightlifting movements & incorporate them in ways that make you stronger & fit.
Everyone did a fantactic job with a choice of either of the workouts today. Have a great weekend!

russian kettlebell swing

workout #2
50 situps
40 russian kettlebell swing
30 kettlebell high pull
20 burpees
10 kettlebell clean & press
