Why Fitness Central Boot Camp?

Why do I post various workouts? I do this to offer the best options available for the members. I am happy to allow anyone to enter the group classes regardless of their fitness level.

Our classes which are comprised almost exclusively of body weight movements give our members the opportunity to join and become incredibly conditioned working out at high intensities with movements that are easy to learn. Although these movements are easier to learn they are incredibly effective and take our members to a level of fitness that will allow them to go on to learn anything we teach with much more ease. The amount of time I spend programming these workouts will cause dramatic effects for their lifetime. I take pride in the fact that we offer this program and encourage anyone thinking about joining a gym to understand that this class is an outstanding place to begin their journey towards great fitness.
