Today's workout was a bear for me, as allways. Am I getting old? Never!!
I'm fighting it all the way.
21-15-9 reps of:
225 pound Deadlift
95 pound Overhead squat ( The prescribed weight on this movement called for 135 pounds for the guys)
I have to tell myself the workout is set for elite athletes, which I'm not. 
So I have to scale it back somehow.
