This is your Monday workout. Kick it!
5 Rounds
15 Half turkish get up (that's the 1,2 count)
15 Ring pulls (pushups if rings are not available)
15 Kettlebell swing (overhead)

12 minute time cap

I did Crossfit's "Helen" workout of the day. Thanks Erin and Bob for the push and motivation. I think every single time every single person attempts a WOD, a trainer should be there for motivation and coaching. It helps so much!
