But, I'm not going to the Crossfit games. I remind myself that I workout because I enjoy it, that's all. It gets my head right, that's all. It makes me breathe hard, that's all. It makes me sleep good at night, and that's all.
I'm wondering if I should throw an invite out to anyone who want these workouts.
