CF Games WOD
Description: CrossFit Games Open 11.4 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 60 Bar-facing burpees 120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps 10 Muscle-ups...
Wow! Cool! I got to 12 OH squats, used 120lbs. I probably didnt get below paralel, oh well, still a great workout. I'm digging the Cash In and Cash Out, before and after the WOD. Sometimes I'll add weight or an extra 400m row.
