The Kettlebell workout is fast, effective and will kick your butt from here to Sunday. The Kettlebell forces all of your smaller muscles to come to life. And for all of the disbelievers, if your gym does not have Kettlebells allready, they probably will very soon.

1st workout:
21-15-9
Dual Kettlebell Clean to Front Squat
Burpees 10 (performed between each set of clean and squat)
2nd workout:
10,9,8,7....
American Swings
25 Jump rope singles (performed between each round of American Swings)
