Love it! We all do this for one reason or another. Everyday is the day!
Ten rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 push-ups
Time: 21:15
I did this in my garage this morning cause I didn't have time to get to the gym. Time, time, time. I need more of it! Maybe this is the kind of punishment time I deserve after eating pasta with red sauce and 4 beers the night before. Reminds me of beer, run, 8 count body builder, beer again, repeat, 20 years ago. I still love it though! Music was on, 135 pounds banging the mat, woke up the kids, dog was barking, wife thought I busted a vessel.
My hips are sore from two days ago. Any quick fix for that?
