"If you desire Monday"
15min amrap (as many rounds as possible)
3 snatch (either right or left)
5 overhead squat (lock you arms overhead holding your bell & squat deep)
8 pushpress (4r 4l) 
If your doing this workout I would like to know your results.
Post it, log it, write it down, do something with it.
Remember to do some light stretching and a warm up.

I just Crossfit this morning before the SEC Championship game.
1. Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps 
(rx'd 25lbs 30lbs 35lbs 40lbs 45lbs 50lbs 55lbs)
2. 155lbs push press 5 reps, burpees 10 reps  5 rnds
(time 9:30)
3. 40 Wallball shots w/20 pound med ball, run 400m 20min amrap
(I did 4 rounds)
