100ft lunge w kettlebell pass thru (walkng lunge w/kb thru the leg)
35 Push Press (18l,18r)
35 American Swings (overhead)
100ft lunge w kettlebell pass (walkng lunge w/kb thru the leg)
20 Push Press (10l.10r)
20 American Swings (overhead)
100ft lunge w kettlebell pass (walkng lunge w/kb thru the leg)
Finish: 400m kettlebell farmers walk (carry your kb)
