Some movements in Crossfit I have trouble with. GHD situps, DOUBLE UNDERS, to name a couple. I still like to compete with others though. I like to think I can and do it all, with enthusiasm, strength, speed, and vigor. Sometimes I'm not sure, like today. I felt SO SLOW! Probably because I was. Might have weighted shoes on, lower back pain from who knows what. Another thing here while I'm bitchin. I can't seem to influence anyone to Crossfit. Guys I worked out with for years are staying at the Globo Gym. They don't seem interested at all, not thinking about it anymore and I will not ask again. Where I work, everyone works, no one exercises that I know of. It seems the thing to do is sit, eat, go home, eat some more. That's what I hear anyway. Is it the culture? Is it the location? Is it the buisness? Is it like this everywere? I need to get outa town! I need a vacation! Least I have you to talk to. Thanks for listening!
