My WODS. y knees are worn and aged, like wine. I still have that feeling on the deep CF squat, so my snatch was half CF, half power snatch.

40 pound 1 arm Dumbbell snatch, 50 reps
Row 750m
40 pound 1 arm Dumbbell snatch, 35 reps
Row 500m
40 pound 1 arm Dumbbell snatch, 20 reps

Today's WOD#1
Three rounds for time
225 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
75 Single Jump rope (DOUBLE UNDERS HAVE NO PURPOSE IN LIFE, just my opinion)

3 rounds
.25 mile run
10 chest to bar pullups
10 hang power clean 135lbs
Time 14:12
