I've posted this before, and I'll probably post it again.
I know I've talked about Kettlebell training and Crossfit as well. I wanted to say a short word on that subject. Boot Camp, Kettlebell Boot Camp, and Crossfit is for anyone, everyone, not just the elite athlete, "the firebreather". It's for anyone from the 12 year video game player, to the college football player to the homemaker to the grandfather. Coach Greg Glassman, founder of Crossfit, has said the wod (workout of the day), the one that's posted on the main site, daily, is meant for the strongest or fastest athlete, the best athlete around. Now the reason they do that is because you can scale it from there, for everybody. I think that sometimes some people might get turned off from seeing that workout and think, "there's no way". That's where a trainer or coach comes in. The best motivation or set up in the world means nothing if your getting crushed and injured in the workout. No matter what your doing all workouts are scaleable. Celebrate whatever your doing! If your working with a 5lb or 53lb kettlebell, 135lb on the bar, or a PVC pipe, push through your workouts. If your at the top of your game or just starting out, it's all the same thing to me. I would say your all Crossfitters!

Good Monday! How are ya?
After some light stretching, a warm up that you know, and maybe short run , tackle the "8's".
8 rounds
8 KB situps
8 burbees
8 squats
