Everyone is still as dedicated as ever...pushing hard in workouts. On Saturday mornings, with no ice and snow, we work to get in an extra workout in which proves these people are in it to win it!
In an effort to show that I am in this right there with them I have jumped in a time or two and sweat right alongside them. They might not know this but they have provided support for me just as much as I may have for them. It's great to workout as a group as much as possible, it gives you that extra push you sometimes need and just knowing that somebody else is experiencing the good pain with you helps as well.
