AMRAP15min Use your Kettlebell weight accordingly. If you have one KB, go for 8 reps, 4r/4l.
My garage is set up for anything but it's about 450sq.feet vs 8000sq.ft at the Riverbend location. I will be doing the wod (workout of the day), for now.
